Italy, France and Chile: seasons spent coaching in three ski cultures that disagree about almost everything except one point — technique is what sets a skier free. That is where the work starts, whatever your level.
The approach is athletic and analytical: read the movement, isolate the cause, choose terrain that makes the correction obvious, then rebuild the turn. From first parallel turns to race gates, the process does not change — only the terrain and the speed do.
Alongside the coaching sits the mountain itself: routes, weather, altitude, food and the people who live there. Skiing is the reason to be up there — it is rarely the whole story.
